Welger RPC 445 Tornado

The new free running pick-up of Lely Welger RP balers has been designed as a result of the increased output from these machines.

Improved crop throughput to the bale chamber has eliminated the need for the specific movement of a conventional pick-up. With no cam track the pick-up consists of fewer moving parts.

It is more reliable, less sensitive to wear quiet and maintenance free.

KIVI-PEKKA Disc Harrow

The KIVI-PEKKA disc harrow fits for working in grass, before seeding, and straw. The disc harrow is attached via tow bar, so the machine can be turned while driving. The results are superior to that of a comparable harrow attached to the tractors hydraulic lift arms. This machine has been designed for average sized tractors and is available with four different working widths 2.75m, 3.5m, 4m and (5.5m folded). We recommend a 80–100 hp tractor for the smallest harrow.

The frame is made of RHS 200x100x8 steel tubing and with its open, non-clogging construction it guarantees a well mixed soil. The disc harrow is fitted with rubber rollers at the back of the machine and the working width is adjusted with hydraulic working discs. The maximum working depth is 15 cm.

KIVI-PEKKA Slurry Injector

The KIVI-PEKKA Slurry Injector is an innovative and environmentally friendly way of delivering slurry to your fields. More durable than other available solutions, the frame is hitched up to the axles of the tank.

  • Power Steering & Hitching System: Adjustable injector line can move in all directions and glide over different field conditions.
  • One Disc Adjustment: Allows injection of the slurry to a depth of 3-8cm. All discs are fitted with SKF bearings.
  • Leveling Plates: Plates are attached behind the injection cones, flattening out undulations on the surface.
  • Distribution System: The HARSO distribution system ensures steady and undisturbed delivery of the fertiliser through 50 mm pipes into the soil.

Lotus 770 – 1250

During the tedding operation all crop material should be moved to enable easier raking and an even drying process. Contamination through soil, manure or old crop remnants is totally unacceptable. In that context, there is no single tedder that equals the adaptability and pick-up capacities of the Lely hook tine.

Due to its trailing position and innovative design, the Lotus hook tine is far more flexible than conventional tedder tines. The tine follows the contours of the sward so as to eliminate damage to the sward and contamination of the crop. Lotus tedders can be angled forward; this reduces the space between the rotors to a minimum to ensure that the whole crop is tedded in an even manor.

KIVI-PEKKA Multicultivator

We get a very flexible result on the field, because this machine combines two cultivation units in one. They also work independent from each other if needed. This is giving You flexibility in all kinds of conditions.
The subsoiling tines include a stone dislodging mechanism and are fitted into three separate rows, with a working depth from 0-20 cm. The discs, fitted into two separate rows, flatten and crush the soil to a depth of uo to 15 cm. The front and back wheels ensure that the multicultivator is always at the correct working depth. One process and the field is ready.
Transport wheels are in the centre of the machine, and allows You turns at very tight angles. The subsoiling tines and the discs can be used separately of each other.
